Discover ways to enhance the Digital Clinic module with customer-centric and ethical AI capabilities.
Solve complex design problems, reframe challenges, and take on ambiguous concepts.
Create journey maps, flows, and diagrams to effectively communicate ideas, design decisions, and experience patterns.
Work cross-functionally with designers and your product team (engineers, engineering managers, and product managers) to craft customer-centric and accessible product experiences.
Discover and analyse product opportunities and insights through applied research methods.
Deliver clear and comprehensive UI specifications, prototypes, and design patterns.
Present and communicate concepts to stakeholders of various backgrounds.
Pay attention to both the bigger picture and small details to ensure that we deliver coherent product experiences.
Required skills:
You have relevant and continuous experience as a product or UX/UI designer, preferably as an in-house contributor. For this role, we require candidates to share the portfolio that includes relevant work.
You are a curious and empathetic professional with in-depth understanding of interaction design principles, applied research methods, and digital accessibility.
You are a flexible professional who is happy to collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders and subject matter experts.
You can translate concepts into viable solutions, and you are comfortable with learning how integrations and technical limitations affect our platform.
You have strong communication and presentation skills that complement a transparent and collaborative environment. Our primary communication language is English.
You proactively communicate your design decisions, and you share and receive feedback in a productive manner.
You are proficient with design and specification tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar (we use Figma).
What we offer:
A key role in building the BeeHealthy business in an agile, start up-like environment.
Opportunity to be part of driving the digital age of care provision.
Possibility to expand your role both geographically and in scope of responsibilities as the business grows.
Strong and supportive team to help you succeed in your role. You will enjoy the company of our small yet strong team of designers, and join forces with the cross-functional Digital Clinic team.
Flexibility in the work location: Helsinki, Turku, Tampere and Jyväskylä – with remote work possibilities. Currently, the BeeHealthy design team is based in the Helsinki capital region, and works in a hybrid model.
We consider it a plus if:
You have experience working on complex cross-platform B2B or B2C products.
In addition to English, you have a good command of Finnish and/or German.
You are happy to approach design challenges in a flexible and iterative way.
