Laskutusohjeet
Ostolaskutukseen liittyvät kysymykset voitte lähettää ostoreskontra@mehilainen.fi
Laskun maksuehto
Laskun maksuehto on oltava vähintään 30 pv netto.
Sovittu maksuaika ei ala kulua, ennen kuin lasku on toimitettu oikeaan laskutusosoitteeseen.
Mehiläinen ei ota käsittelyyn yli 120 päivää vanhoihin suoritteisiin perustuvia laskuja.
Laskuille vaadittavat tiedot
Jokaisesta Mehiläinen-konsernille toimitettavalta laskulta tulee löytyä tilaajan tiedot. Laskut on myös aina osoitettava oikealle yhtiölle ja lähetettävä oikeaan laskutusosoitteeseen.
Mikäli lasku perustuu Mehiläisen tilausjärjestelmän kautta tehtyyn tilaukseen, laskussa pitää olla tilauksessa ilmoitettu 99-alkuinen tilausnumero.
Puutteellisia laskuja ei rekisteröidä järjestelmäämme, vaan ne reklamoidaan automaattisesti.
Huomioittehan, että laskullanne on kaikki tarvittavat lakisääteiset laskumerkinnätUlkoinen linkki (Vero.fi).
Verkkolaskut
Mehiläinen-konserni vastaanottaa ensisijaisesti verkkolaskuja.
Paperiset laskut
Mehiläiselle lähetetyt paperiset laskut skannataan keskitetysti, josta ne jaetaan sähköisesti eteenpäin.
Mehiläiselle osoitetut paperilaskut tulee toimittaa yhtiökohtaisiin postilokero-osoitteisiin, eikä koskaan Mehiläisen yksiköihin tai Mehiläisen työntekijöiden henkilökohtaisiin sähköpostiosoitteisiin. Laskua ei kirjata vastaanotetuksi ennen kuin se on toimitettu oikeaan laskutusosoitteeseen.
Pyydämme huomioimaan, että muun kuin laskutusaineiston lähettäminen näihin osoitteisiin on kielletty.
Sähköpostitse lähetettävät laskut
Laskuja voi myös lähettää PDF-muotoisena yhtiökohtaisiin sähköpostiosoitteisiin. Sähköpostiosoitteisiin voi lähettää ainoastaan PDF-muotoisia laskuja. Yhdessä PDF-tiedostossa saa olla yksi lasku kerrallaan.
Laskuun kuuluvat liitteet täytyy olla laskun kanssa samassa tiedostossa.
Verkkolaskutusosoitteet
Yhtiön Y-tunnus on sama kuin OVT-tunnus ilman 0037-alkua.
