At Felicitas Mehiläinen's Helsinki location, you can register in the following ways:

Self-registration kiosks: You can use the self-registration kiosks located on the 4th and 5th floors of the facility.

Omamehiläinen app: Through the mobile app, you can conveniently register anywhere before your appointment. However, we recommend registering near the reception room to avoid being called before your arrival. The app allows you to check the exact details of your appointment, including the room number and floor.

Cashier Services: Cashier services are located on the 5th floor of the facility.

Mehiläinen Felicitas Helsinki is located in the heart of Helsinki, in the Forum shopping center. The entrance to the facility is at Mannerheimintie 20, stairwell A, where you can take the elevator to the 5th floor. Felicitas can also be accessed via Mehiläinen Forum medical center from the 3rd floor of the shopping center and from the Forum Lasikulma entrance (intersection of Mannerheimintie and Simonkatu).

Arrival by car: Customers arriving by car can most easily reach the medical center by driving to the P-City Forum parking hall of the Forum shopping center. Entry and exit to the parking hall are from Simonkatu 7 and Jaakonkatu, as well as from Ruoholahdenkatu via the city center service tunnel. Parking is chargeable, and payment methods include credit card and mobile payment (EasyPark, ParkMan).

Accessible parking: Accessible parking spaces are available on the upper levels of the Forum parking hall in areas A, B, and C, as well as on the lower levels in areas E and F. Parking is chargeable. Additionally, there are two accessible parking spaces in front of the Forum shopping center at Mannerheimintie 20.

Arrival by taxi or accompanier's car: A taxi can stop at the Forum Lasikulma entrance if necessary. It is not possible to get close to the outer doors with a private car. The nearest parking spaces are located in the Forum parking hall on level 0.

Arrival by public transport: Mehiläinen's Forum location is easily accessible by public transport. The nearest public transport stops are at Helsinki Central Railway Station (about 300 m), Kamppi metro station and bus terminal (about 250 m), and the Lasipalatsi tram stop (about 120 m). Arrival by foot or bicycle: The shopping center entrances are on Simonkatu, Yrjönkatu, Mannerheimintie, and from the Asematunneli. The shopping center's bicycle parking is located at Kukontori, which is most easily accessed via Yrjönkatu.

Weekend special arrival instructions: On weekdays before 8 AM and Saturdays before 10 AM, the entrance is from Mannerheimintie 20, stairwell A.

Accessible entrance: We recommend using the entrance at Mannerheimintie 20 A, where you can take the elevator directly to the 4th and 5th floors. The entrance is not fully accessible as the building's exterior doors are not automatic. The entrance is at street level. We recommend bringing an accompanier if needed.

Elevator accessibility: At the Mannerheimintie 20 A entrance, there are two accessible elevators that take you directly to Felicitas.

Accessible restrooms: On the 4th floor, there is a large restroom with handrails.

Signage: There are clear signs at the entrance and indoors.

Lighting: Indoors, there is sufficient and even lighting that does not glare.

Waiting area seating: The waiting areas have seating of various heights and types, including low, high, with and without armrests.

Mobility options: There is enough space to move around with a wheelchair in the facility's premises.

Assistive devices: There are no assistive devices available for loan at Felicitas Mehiläinen, but if needed, devices can be borrowed from Mehiläinen's medical center.
