Occupational health specialists are available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. General practitioners and nurses are available 24/7.
- An occupational health view, where you can find information on occupational health care services and documents, information on your designated occupational health team, a communications channel, sick leave certificates and other forms.
- Laboratory test results as well as X-ray, MRI and ultrasound examination results.
- Digitally supported coaching programmes which are a new way of supporting lifestyle changes, such as increasing physical activity, relieving stress or losing weight. The programme’s contents and tasks can be found in OmaMehiläinen, and an occupational health specialist is available through the chat.
- A free video library and video coaching in cooperation with Lifeclass.
- The possibility to add the details of your child or another family member to the service, after which you can, for example, book appointments for them, renew their prescriptions and view their test results.
- Effortless prescription renewal regardless of your location.

When should you use the Digital Clinic Occupational Health Care Centre?
Occupational health physicians, occupational health nurses and occupational physiotherapists are available at the Digital Clinic Occupational Health Care Centre from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. General practitioners and nurses are available 24/7. The service is based on a service needs assessment carried out with an automated health questionnaire that is free of charge to companies. Based on the answers to the questionnaire, the employee is directed to the most suitable occupational health specialist.
Using the Digital Clinic Occupational Health Care Centre saves time and travel expenses, and it helps customers avoid having to move around unnecessarily when ill. The service is also always quickly available, allowing treatment to begin immediately.
Once you start using the Digital Clinic Occupational Health Care Centre, the availability of end-user services will improve, using occupational health care services will be smoother and the designated occupational health team of your company will have more time for supporting demanding work ability customers and the management of work ability. If the case cannot be handled remotely, we will guide the customer to a clinic. We do not charge for appointments where treatment cannot be started remotely.
