Infrastructure and Data
We develop innovative data storage and management solutions. This allows us to genuinely lead with data, analyse options and make better decisions, thereby influencing the lives of millions of people through Mehiläinen’s services.
Information Security
We build modern zero trust cybersecurity solutions for the healthcare environment with a hacker mindset. We are proud to be able to ensure the protection of the sensitive health data of millions of Finns.
Application Development
Our Application Development team is responsible for all the digital services of Mehiläinen, such as our website, online appointment booking, mobile application (the most advanced in the industry) and other online services.
End-User Services
We offer IT support to 40,000 Mehiläinen employees. End-user services consist of two closely cooperating teams: Helpdesk and Local IT Support.
Data Science and AI
We help Mehiläinen’s professionals and customers by developing digital solutions that utilise data, analytics and artificial intelligence. We build models and apps that improve the efficiency of our services and operations through the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
IT Operations
We manage, monitor and develop the flow of information within and outside the Mehiläinen Group. We are responsible for the maintenance of many applications that support professionals’ everyday work.
Business Services
Our IT business support service team is responsible for ensuring that IT services and industry-specific systems meet critical business needs and priorities.
Global IT
Mehiläinen is the largest healthcare operator in the Nordic countries, and we have expanded our operations to Sweden, Germany and Estonia. Our Global IT team builds networks and deploys our own devices and services.

Most of our specialists work in a hybrid model that combines remote and in-office work. The teams and work tasks are all different, so everyone can choose a work model that suits them best. We also value in-person meetings, which is why we have invested in comfortable and modern office spaces that are centrally located in the four cities we operate in.

- General interview: Meeting with the recruiting supervisor and the HR manager. We discuss your professional background and career plans as well as our company.
- Technical interview: Meeting with future colleagues. We discuss your technical competence and suitability for the team.
- Possible self-assessment and/or technical task: We assess your motivation, technical skills and ways of working.
