Ambea Group strengthens its Board of Directors - Mikael Lilius appointed as Chairman of the Ambea Board

Mikael Lilius has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Ambea starting from 24 January 2011. Lilius, who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Economics, was CEO of Fortum Oyj from 2000 to 2009, CEO of Gambro 1998-2000, and CEO of Incentive 1990-98. He is currently chairman of the Board of Directors at Huhtamäki Oyj, and is a Board member of Aker Solutions, Evli Bank and Wärtsilä.
