Electronic occupational health questionnaire
With the help of Mehiläinen’s occupational health questionnaire, health examinations and measures that promote health and well-being are effectively targeted at those who need them. The questionnaire can be conducted electronically and as part of, for example, the statutory periodical examinations or pre-employment health examinations or every 1–3 years for all or some members of staff. Efficient personnel profiling improves the effectiveness of operations and improves the well-being of your personnel.
Personal health plan
All employees who complete the questionnaire will be provided with a personal health plan. The content of the health plan is based on the individual results as follows.

The aim is to improve health, restore resources and prevent incapacity for work:
- Promoting a healthy lifestyle in group or individual coaching.
- Work counselling.
- Assessment of work-related arrangements that promote work ability together with the employer.
- Smooth medical examinations, treatment and rehabilitation.
Reduced work ability - Illnesses that hinder or threaten work ability
The aim is seamless care and restoration of work ability:
- Smooth medical examinations, treatment and rehabilitation.
- Assessment of work-related arrangements that promote work ability together with the employer.
- Early assessment of the need for vocational rehabilitation.
- Support from a work coach for retraining and/or a new career.
