Close and transparent cooperation with Mehiläinen has improved occupational well-being
Caverion provides technical services and solutions for buildings and industry in nine different countries, employing more than 15,000 professionals. Caverion and Mehiläinen have been working together for a long time. Caverion invests in the management of work ability and occupational well-being, where open cooperation with Mehiläinen Working Life Services has increased the productivity of work. Caverion has established an occupational well-being unit that has created various practices for promoting the well-being of employees.
"We have been able to avoid a lot of permanent disability as well as long and short periods of sick leave. Our employees have been healthy and able to work, which is really important," says Riku Mandelin, Head of Project Business Unit at Caverion.
"In the development of everyday work, occupational well-being and business development cannot be distinguished," says Nina Lehtisalo, coordinating occupational psychologist at Mehiläinen.
