Things to note before your appointment
Registration for appointments
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. You can register with the OmaMehiläinen app or by scanning your Kela card at the self-registration machine, or you can register at the service desk.
Please come to the appointment only if you are healthy. If you have symptoms of a respiratory infection, such as a cough, sore throat, or fever, please reschedule your appointment and come when you are well. Also, reschedule if you have an active cold sore.
If you are using Mehiläinen’s services for the first time, you should register at the service desk. You will be given a preliminary information form, which you can fill in while waiting.
Payment methods
At Hammas Mehiläinen, you can use a variety of payment methods. Take a look at the different payment and financing services we offer and choose the one that suits you best.

Cancelling an appointment
Please cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment. If you fail to cancel an appointment or cancel it too late, you may be charged a fee.
You can cancel the appointment in the OmaMehiläinen app or by email via the cancellation link provided in the appointment confirmation message.

Frequently asked questions
In most cases, the final price can only be specified when all the necessary examinations and treatments have been completed.
You can see the average fees in the price list. If you bring your Kela card with you to your Hammas Mehiläinen appointment, the Kela reimbursement will be deducted from the final sum before you pay.
If you are paying for the appointment yourself, you can pay with:

Please note that we do not accept cash payments.
If you visit our clinic and do not pay for your appointment using the available payment methods, we will send you an invoice for your appointment. The invoicing fee is €5.20.
