Saat halutessasi Mehiläisen hammaslääkärissä otetut tutkimuskuvat, esimerkiksi röntgenkuvat, tai potilaskertomukset itsellesi.

Jos haluat potilaskertomuksen tai hammaskuvat itsellesi, toimi näin:

1. Tulosta Potilastietojen tilauslomake tai pyydä lomake hammaslääkärisasemaltamme.

2. Täytä lomake ja tuo se mille tahansa Mehiläisen hammaslääkäriasemalle. Emme valitettavasti voi ottaa
tilauslomakkeita sähköisesti vastaan tietosuojasyistä.

3. Tuodessasi tilauslomakkeen näytäthän samalla henkilötodistuksen. Näin varmennamme henkilöllisyytesi ja
pidämme huolta jokaisen asiakkaamme tietoturvasta.

4. Postitamme tiedot sinulle kotiin 1-2 viikon kuluessa.

Maksutavat: pankkikortti, luottokortti, ePassi (Hyvinvointi),EdenRed, Mehiläisen lahjakortti, sekä Svea -lasku ja -erämaksu. Käteistä emme ota vastaan.

At Mehiläinen, you can register in the following ways:

Self-registration kiosks: You can use the self-registration kiosks located on the 2nd floor of the facility.

Omamehiläinen app: Through the mobile app, you can conveniently register anywhere before your appointment. However, we recommend registering near the reception room to avoid being called before your arrival. The app allows you to check the exact details of your appointment, including the room number and floor.

Cashier Services: Cashier services are located on the 2nd floor of the facility.

Kuopion Hammas Mehiläinen is located in the center of Kuopio, in the Minna entertainment center. The entrance to the facility is at the corner of Ajurinkatu and Lapinlinnankatu. From the lobby, walk past K-Market and then turn left. At the end of the corridor, there is the B-elevator, which takes you to Hammas Mehiläinen. If the elevator is not working, please contact 010 273 8000 (local network rate/mobile charge). We will then open the door on the Minna Canth street side, from where you can access the facility via stairs.

Arrival by car and parking: When arriving by car, you can park at the Carlson P2 parking area on the roof of Kuopion Hammas Mehiläinen, where there is two hours of free parking with a parking disc. Entry and exit are at Savonkatu 16. On the roof, there is a door to the stairwell, where you can go one floor down to the reception. The entrance doors are marked with Mehiläinen stickers.

Accessible parking: Unfortunately, there are no accessible parking spaces near the facility.

Arrival by taxi or drop-off: Taxis and drop-off vehicles can stop in front of the main entrance of the Minna entertainment center at Ajurinkatu 16.

Arrival by public transport: The main bus stops are next to Kuopio market square, about 400 meters from the facility. From the square, you can walk to the facility along Kauppakatu towards the Carlson department store and turn left at Carlson, onto Ajurinkatu.

Arrival by bicycle: Bicycle racks are located on Kauppakatu, in front of café Houkutus, near Ajurinkatu.

Accessible entrance: The reception is accessible by elevator from street level, and the entrance to the facility is accessible. The main entrance has wide automatic doors, and the elevator to the reception is accessible.

Elevator accessibility: The building has three accessible elevators.

Accessible restrooms: There is an accessible restroom in the facility, which is clearly marked.

Lighting: Indoors, there is sufficient and even lighting that does not glare.

Waiting area seating: The waiting area has low sofas, armchairs, and one elevated seat with armrests.

Mobility options: There is enough space to move with a wheelchair in the facility's premises. The corridor, reception rooms, and restroom doors are wide.

Assistive devices: The facility does not have assistive devices available for loan.
