Saat halutessasi Mehiläisen lääkäri- ja diagnostiikkapalveluiden potilastiedot itsellesi myös paperisena. Potilastietoina voidaan toimittaa esimerkiksi lääkärikäyntien potilaskertomukset ja Mehiläisessä otetut tutkimuskuvat, kuten röntgenkuvat.

At Mehiläinen Kokkola, you can register in the following ways:

Self-registration kiosks: You can use the self-registration kiosks located on the 3rd floor of the medical center.

OmaMehiläinen app: Through the mobile app, you can conveniently register anywhere before your appointment. However, we recommend registering near the reception room to avoid being called before your arrival. The app allows you to check the exact details of your appointment, including the room number and floor.

Cashier services: Cashier services are located on the 3rd floor of the medical center.

Mehiläinen Kokkola is located in the Chydenia III Shopping Center at Rantakatu 2 B. The main entrance to the facility is on Rantakatu, to the right of the doors leading to the parking garage. All Mehiläinen services are on the 3rd floor. You can access Urheilu and Hammas Mehiläinen from both Rantakatu 2 A and 2 B staircases to the 3rd floor. Additionally, there is an elevator from Chydenia II Shopping Center to the 3rd floor.

Parking: When arriving by car, the nearest parking garage is located at Rantakatu 2 B. Signage in the parking garage directs you to the correct stairwell, from which you can take either the elevator or stairs to the 3rd floor where Mehiläinen is located. The parking garage offers free 2-hour parking with a parking disc. Note that Rantakatu is accessible only from Rautatienkatu.

Accessible parking: There are no accessible parking spaces in the parking garage or near the facility.

Arrival by taxi or drop-off: Taxis and accompanier vehicles can stop at street level near the entrance to the Chydenia Shopping Center.

Arrival by public transport: Long-distance trains and buses stop within a 200-meter walking distance from Mehiläinen's facility.

Arrival by bicycle: There are parking spaces for bicycles near the Chydenia Shopping Center.

Accessible entrance: The entrance lobby on the 3rd floor of the medical center is accessible by elevator from street level on Rantakatu. There are no stairs at the entrance. The exterior doors are not automatic.

Elevator accessibility: The building has three elevators, all of which are accessible.

Accessible restrooms: The facility has a clearly marked accessible restroom.

Signage: There are clear signs at the entrance and inside the premises.

Lightning: The interior has sufficient and even lighting that does not cause glare.

Waiting area seating: The waiting areas have seats of varying heights and types (low, high, with armrests, and without armrests).

Mobility options: The facility's spaces are mostly accessible, with enough room to move around, for example, with a wheelchair.

Assistive devices: A wheelchair is available for loan at the medical center, located near the main entrance.
