Danfoss: Senior OHS Manager Marika Stenman

Danfoss is an international family-owned company and engineering organisation that carries out extensive product development. In addition, Danfoss has an assembly factory in Vaasa. Danfoss invests in the health of its employees through, for example, an extensive occupational health care agreement, medical expense insurance and oral health services.

As early as 2009, Danfoss introduced an early intervention model which is seen as a key factor in preventing employee illnesses.
