The overall wellbeing of Talentree's employees has increased in cooperation with Mehiläinen

The well-being and satisfaction of employees is particularly important to Talentree, as it is also directly reflected in the quality of their service.

Talentree has started to develop the overall well-being of its personnel in cooperation with Mehiläinen Working Life Services. Identifying the stress factors of the employees and the factors that promote overall well-being has provided Talentree with a clear direction for the well-being of the personnel.

With regard to occupational well-being, specialist work emphasises mental well-being, which causes sickness-related absences in the sector to occur frequently. In order to deal with the workload of the personnel as well as other everyday challenges, Mehiläinen has offered Talentree low-threshold help that has been readily available. Individual assistance has been provided to both supervisors and employees according to their job description and to the extent necessary. Thanks to close cooperation, Talentree's number of sickness-related absences due to mental health issues has decreased and more attention is paid to preventive functions at Talentree.
