

Public health centres
Anyone living in Finland can register as a customer of Health Centre Mehiläinen and receive new types of health care services at prices equal to those of the public health care service.
Mehiläinen health centres operate as a part of the network of public health centres, which allow customers freedom of choice. The activities are based on customer orientation and strong multidisciplinary teamwork, comprehensive e-health services and accurate measurement of the effectiveness of operations and treatment.
Health Centre Mehiläinen's customer benefits
Any Finnish citizen can easily register as a customer.
You will have access to the same services that any municipal health centre provides.
If you are temporarily residing in another municipality, you can change the area's health centre into your secondary health centre.
A person covered by occupational health care can also register as a customer at a health centre; this will not impact occupational health care.
Some Mehiläinen health centres also use the free Digital Clinic remote service, which provides access to quick and easy help, wherever you are.

If you want to change your health centre in the Helsinki area, please contact the new health centre of your choice during your next appointment. You can make a change notification either by phone or in person at the health centre, and verbal notification is sufficient.
You can change your health centre by logging in to the palse.fi or by filling in a form in which you can select Health Centre Mehiläinen Tikkakoski or Korpilahti as your public health centre.
- Please deliver the completed notification form to both your current and new health centre.
- Print two copies of the notification form and sign them.
- Mark the return envelope with “Change of health centre”.
