Progress of the concise sleep polygraphy
You will need a doctor's referral for the concise sleep polygraphy.
Usually, the examination is carried out at home in order to keep your circadian rhythm as normal as possible.
Once you have received a referral from a doctor for a concise sleep polygraphy, you can book an appointment and visit a Mehiläinen laboratory at the scheduled time.
The laboratory will give you the device and instructions for performing the test on the following night.
After the laboratory visit, you will return home and sleep overnight with the device. The device is designed to allow natural sleeping without disruptions. The sensors are held in place by a stretchy belt and tape.
The morning after the overnight examination, you will return the device to the Mehiläinen location as agreed.
