CorporateMehiläinen
CorporateMehiläinen is a free online service that our corporate customers can access to view real-time summaries of their company’s key data. It can be used, for example, to keep track of performed health examinations, employees who are absent due to illness repeatedly or for a long time and actual costs at the procedure level.
Compass tools
Mehiläinen Compass tools support the management of work ability by providing an easy way to identify and prevent risks to work ability. In addition, they ensure an efficient flow of information between HR and occupational health care services.
Well-Being Radar
Well-Being Radar provides targeted support on the basis of a risk-based situation survey. The algorithm-based model predicts the likelihood of the need for measures to support work ability, and its aim is to help the patient maintain their health and work ability.

The electronic occupational health survey enables us to efficiently provide those who need a health examination or treatment with the appropriate services. The survey can be conducted as part of, for example, the statutory periodical examinations or pre-employment health examinations or every 1–3 years for all or some members of the staff. Efficient profiling of the staff improves treatment outcomes and enables us to do preventive work at an early stage. All employees who complete the survey will be provided with a personal health plan.
Our occupational health customers have the option of using the Support for supervisory work -chat to offer supervisors support and general advice by an occupational health nurse for their supervisory work through an online chat service. The service is available in the OmaMehiläinen app, and its use is agreed upon on a company-by-company basis.
Digital Clinic’s Concern About My Own Coping chat provides easy access to support in the form of a chat.
Mehiläinen’s mental well-being professionals are occupational health nurses and nurses who have received further training. Professionals are good chat partners when you need support with something that is troubling you. All chats are strictly confidential.
We currently offer 13 different programmes that prevent problems and support health and work ability. The programmes cover four different themes: nutrition and weight management, mental well-being and sleep, increasing physical activity and reducing substance use. The duration of the programmes is 12–16 weeks and they are also available in English and Swedish. The video content is in Finnish, and you can watch the videos with Finnish or English subtitles.
Preventive health and work ability support programmes are included in all our occupational health agreements. The employee’s need for support may be identified during, for example, an occupational health care appointment or a health examination. If your company uses Well-Being Radar, it can also be used to identify the employee’s need for support. Employees can also contact an occupational health nurse via the new Support for Lifestyle Change chat in OmaMehiläinen’s Digital Clinic. The form of support and the programme are always chosen according to individual needs.
In the OmaMehiläinen app, we offer our occupational health care customers a Well-Being Pulse survey, the aim of which is to help the customer think about and monitor their own well-being. Well-Being Pulse provides customers with a quick analysis of their well-being in a matter of minutes. Well-Being Pulse was created by Mehiläinen’s occupational health care professionals.
At Mehiläinen, we want you to feel well in every aspect of your life. OmaMehiläinen’s free video library offers easily accessible help to support and promote your well-being. The library’s more than 120 videos provide a wide range of information and tips to support coping and mental well-being.
In the videos, experts give tips on four different themes:

- information about depression
- information about alcohol
Feel free to choose which videos from each theme you want to watch; watch them all or just some on the topics that interest you. The video library is free for all OmaMehiläinen users. The content of the video library and subtitles for the videos are available in Finnish and English.
