Download the free OmaMehiläinen mobile application to your phone (Android and iOs). After identifying yourself, you can see all prescriptions given to you by Mehiläinen and can request a renewal by pressing a button. Our doctor will renew your prescription within 24 hours. The prescription is electronic and you can pick up your medication at a pharmacy of your choice. You pay for the renewal of your prescription through the application. Renewing a prescription through a call request
You can call our customer service and ask for a doctor to call you to renew your prescription. The doctor can charge a fee for renewing the prescription. You can pay for the renewal of a prescription by requesting that an invoice be sent to your home or by requesting the fee to be added to the price of the medication at the pharmacy.
Renewing a prescription at Mehiläinen’s clinic
You can bring a prescription to the cash register of a Mehiläinen clinic to have it renewed. The prescription is usually renewed by the doctor who treats you. Please note that the doctor does not necessarily have free appointments at the time when you want to renew your prescription. The doctor can charge a fee for renewing the prescription. The fee is charged at the cash register.
