Here’s how a dentist’s appointment proceeds
An appointment with a dentist starts with a discussion. We will ask you about your general medical conditions, medications and allergies. We also want to know how you take care of your teeth at home – without judging your habits.
Your dentist will assess the general health of your mouth. You will get important information about the condition of your teeth, gums and oral mucosa, your bite and the function of your temporomandibular joints.
A dental X-ray reveals oral diseases that cannot be seen with the naked eye during a dental check-up. Dental X-ray is always performed based on the need determined by the dentist.
Your dentist will plan the treatment with you, taking into account your situation, wishes and needs. You will also receive a cost estimate for the necessary treatment procedures.

As of March 15, 2023, the polyclinic fee does not have to be paid after more than five reception visits during the calendar year. After the fifth payment, the polyclinic fee is €0 for visits for the rest of the calendar year.
If you visit our clinic and do not pay for your appointment using the available payment methods, we will send you an invoice for your appointment. The invoicing fee is EUR 5.20.
If the procedure is booked with a specialist dentist, the prices are increased by 30%.
